2 different case ng dalawang 5 years old Kids.

Si A walang sirang Ngipin walang bubunutan at wait natin mag 6 years old siya at may gumalaw or tumubong Permanent tooth sa kanya. Again wala tayong gagawin dito kungdi mag hintay.

Si B kahit 5 years old pa lang siya may lumabas ng Permanent tooth sa kanya so wait natin ng ilang buwan kung gagalaw ba o kusang matatangal ang Milk tooth nya at kung umabot na sy ng 6 years old at di gumalaw milk tooth then ang Gagawin natin tyong Dentist na magtatangal para tumubo sa tamang Posisyon ang Permanent tooth niya.

Tips : iba iba case ng Bata sa bawat case na hinahawakan natin, may mga Plano tayong ginagawa sa bawat bata. Now maaaring similar ito sa case ng anak mo so nagka idea ka but syempre best pa rin dalhin mo anak mo at ipa checkup sa mga Dentist na malapit sa Inyo para malaman mo kung ano magandang gawin.
Again tips lang po ang binibigay ko hindi Treatment. Ang treatment nakasalalay pa rin sa inyong mga Dentist.

Doc, bakit iba kulay nung tumubong ngipin…

Turner’s tooth or Turner’s Hypoplasia

Ito ay common na nakikita sa nga ngipin na tinatwag natin na SUCCEDANEOUS TEETH (ST)
▫️ST ay ang mga ngipin na sumusunod sa baby teeth. (ibig sabhin sila yung mga ngipin na nasa ilalim ng baby tooth at papalit dito after)
▫️Incisors, Canines at Premolars sila pag lumabas
▫️Hindi lahat ng permanent teeth ay ST.

Nangyayari ang Turners tooth pag Naexpose ang ST sa BABY TOOTH na nagkaroon ng infection (nana) or severe TRAUMA.

Ibig sabhin habang nagdedevelop ang mga ST, na-expose ang crown nila sa may abscess na baby tooth na nagresulta ng kakaibang kulay sa ngipin o kaya naman ay kakaiba ang itsura ng ngipin.

Treatment:
Pwedeng pasta or Crowns if sobrnag malala.

Kaya importante na alagaan ang baby tooth
kasi malaki ang ngagawa nilang impact sa mga permanent teeth.
