We are looking for a patient who is willing to undergo series of assessments for a FREE IMPACTION.

Requirements:
• Patient in our clinic. May record na sa clinic. (nakapag pa cleaning or any treatment na sa aming clinic, nakita na ni doc na may impacted tooth ka at mahirap ang case mo).
• Good health, no maintenance medications, no recent hospitalization, or history of major illnesses.
• Available to visit tomorrow.
• Has panoramic xray or willing magpa xray kaagad.
• Willing to shoulder fees for basic blood tests

Totally NO FEES will be collected.
