We would like to inform our valued Intellicare HMO members that our clinic has not yet received the required dental forms. Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with HMO-covered dental treatments until these forms are available, as they are necessary for documentation and must be completed and signed by the patient.

Please be assured that we have already followed up with Intellicare regarding the requested forms. However, the delivery schedule remains subject to their confirmation.

We sincerely apologize for the extended waiting time and any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured that we will notify you as soon as the forms arrive so you can visit our clinic and proceed with your treatment.

A closer look at the surgical removal of an impacted tooth — from creating access to safely removing the tooth.

✨ The process:
1️⃣ Incision – Access is created through the gum tissue.
2️⃣ Bone Removal – Necessary bone is carefully removed to expose the tooth.
3️⃣ Crown Exposure – The crown is revealed for better access and controlled removal.
4️⃣ Tooth Extraction – The tooth is carefully removed from the surgical site.

Every odontectomy is planned according to the position, angulation, root anatomy, and surrounding structures of the tooth.
