The time has come for me to hold the steering wheel of governance of the PDA-Olongapo City Dental Chapter. As President and Captain of the OCDC ship, our voyage to reach the golden shore would not be easy. As we sail on, we will definitely encounter rough sailing. Giant waves and thunderstorms will test our ship on how good it was built and how strong it can withstand the whips and turns of the rough sea.
