🦷 EARTHQUAKE SAFETY REMINDER 🦷

A magnitude 5.0 earthquake was felt about an hour ago in Cabangan, Zambales.
Since our clinic is also located here in Zambales, we want to remind everyone to stay alert and safe. 🙏

Minsan, hindi natin alam kung kailan darating ang lindol, kaya mas mabuting laging handa! 💪

Here’s what to do during an earthquake:
✅ DROP – Yumuko at lumuhod para hindi matumba.
✅ COVER – Magtago sa ilalim ng matibay na mesa o desk.
✅ HOLD ON – Hawakan ang matibay na bagay hanggang tumigil ang pagyanig.

After the shaking stops:
🚶‍♀️ Lumabas nang maayos at dahan-dahan.
📱 I-check ang mga kasama kung ayos sila.

Maging kalmado at alerto dahil prevention and preparedness ang best protection!
