🎄😍 How I love seeing my patient’s smile transform in just one sitting.
This is a new case of composite veneer after removal of braces. Closing of spaces, reshaping of teeth and correction of overjet was done on the patient. Results are improved smile and elevated self-esteem.

DENTAL ATTRITION is the loss of tooth structure due to tooth to tooth contact. It can be caused by normal aging process of the patient, grinding of teeth, loss of posterior teeth and some other dental problems.
This particular patient have had this set of teeth for a long time. He’s been complaining of difficulty in speaking and more importantly difficulty eating. It also makes him look very old because of the decreased vertical height.
The treatment done for this patient was to first increase the vertical height (photos of which are not taken) to create a space for the next step which is lengthening of each tooth using direct dental composite build-up (swipe left to see photos of after treatment).

I know that some dentists might comment that this is not properly done. Other people might not appreciate the outcome of the treatment, but I am happy to post this because I have improved the quality of life of my patient.
