Given the patient’s strong desire to retain his natural tooth, he entrusted us with a third attempt at root canal therapy. With meticulous diagnosis, careful retreatment planning, and strict adherence to endodontic principles, every effort was made to address the underlying causes of failure and achieve long-term resolution.
