Figuring out healthcare stuff can be confusing sometimes, so I thought I’d share this easy guide to help us stay in touch. With the The Filipino Doctor app, you can book appointments and handle consults in just a few taps.
Whether we catch up online or at the clinic, I just want to make sure you get the care you need without any hassle.

How to Start:
1. Scan & Click: Just scan the QR code or tap the link in the photo to get to my profile.
2. Pick a Time: Grab a slot that fits your schedule.
3. Consult: We can chat in the app or meet up in person!

Thanks for letting me help out with your health!

Good morning! Just putting one foot in front of the other today.

Sometimes we think we need to do intense, sweaty workouts or pay for expensive gym memberships just to get healthy. But honestly, walking is seriously one of the most underrated forms of exercise out there!

Taking a simple, consistent walk around your neighborhood, the subdivision, or the local plaza is a super effective way to control your weight and manage high blood pressure. No fancy equipment needed—just a comfortable pair of shoes and a few minutes of your time.

Let’s take care of our health, one step at a time. Every single step counts!

POLL: What kind of walker are you? Vote below!

A. The Early Bird (Sunrise walks while it's still cool!)
B. The Sunset Stroller (Walking only when the sun goes down to avoid the heat!)
C. The Mall Walker (Window shopping counts as exercise, especially with aircon!)
D. The "Tomorrow Na Lang" Walker (Still looking for the motivation to start!)

Drop your letter in the replies! Let's see who we have here.

Feeling "low blood"? 🩸 It's a common phrase, but it's not one size fits all! 😅

As this graphic shows, Anemia is a "Quality Problem" (not enough oxygen carriers, like tired delivery trucks!) while Hypotension is a "Pressure Problem" (the pump isn't pushing hard enough, think of a weak garden hose!).

Know the difference so you can find the right fix! Share this with that one friend who always says they have "low blood"! 😂

Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or just trying to live your best life, your blood pressure is one of the most important numbers you need to know! ❤️📈

Think of it like water pressure in a hose: too much force can wear things down over time. Check out this quick guide to see where your numbers land:

✅ Normal: Under 120/80 mmHg. You’re doing great—keep those healthy habits going!
⚠️ Elevated: 120–129 /
