CelebriTEETH Dental Clinic will be opening soon to accommodate patients.(Wait for further announcement).
In line with the COVID 19 situation, the clinic will be implementing necessary safety protocols. With this, please be informed of the below:
1. We are STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
- NO walk-in inquiries will be accommodated. Please contact us through this number 09171272375
2. We will apply TRIAGE – Sorting cases according to urgency (as with hospital ERs)
3. Online/ Phone interview shall be made BEFORE appointments.
- Screening questionnaire and consent shall be filled up and sent to us for evaluation.
- NO Screening/ consent forms, NO Appointment.
4. Medical Certificate
- No Rapid Test result No Appointment
5. For the safety of our patients and dental staff, expect that proper infection Control protocols shall be applied during the dental appointment.
6. Only patients will be allowed inside the clinic.

Sa mga pasyente,

Huwag sana po kayo magugulat, pero kailangan na natin tanggapin, iba na ang mga rates ng dental fees when we resume clinic after lockdown.

Double, triple, quadruple na presyo ngayon ng mga materials, consumables , disposables, facemask, gloves, PPE's, at iba't ibang kailangan sa ating pag gagamutan para na rin sa kaligtasan natin pare pareho...Kaligtasan mo, at Kaligtasan ko..kailangan po nating sumunod sa protocol na itinakda para sa ating kalusugan.

Biglang nag iba na ang ating mundo sa Dental at Medical na antas, hindi kasalanan ng inyong Dentista, walang may kasalanan kungdi ang sadyang pagtaas ng lahat ng bilihin...

Magiging "by appointment" na lamang ang aming klinika, tatawag muna o magtetext para sa "history screening" ng mga pasyente bago kayo papuntahin.

Limitado na ang pasyenteng tatanggapin sa maghapon upang mgkaroon ng sapat na oras sa mabusising "disinfection" at "sterilization" .
Hindi po muna tatanggap ng "walk-ins".

Mag tetext muna upang mabigyan kayo ng schedule or appointment. Kaya ang bilin ko lagi sa inyo, Noon, Ngayon, Bukas at Magpakailanman.....
