1. Missing upper permanent ( #13) right canine.
(Walang pangil sa kanang taas.)
2. Peg later on right ( #12) upper.
(Maliit na ipin na parang baby tooth ang katabi ng gitnang ipin.)
3. Protruded upper. (Tooth no. 11,21,12)
(Nakausli o nakalabas ang harapang ipin sa taas.)
4.Crowded teeth on upper and lower.

Treatment:

We decided to do direct cosmetic restoration on lateral to make it appear same size as other lateral and make the premolar appear as canine.

Orthodontic treatment due to crowding, midline and bite correction.
