And now that its gone, your tooth is exposed. Especially if you left that tartar for too long that it actually made your gums recede.

#2 DO find a dentist that listens & understands your fear (🚩if dismissing or joking about your fear)
#3 Take pain reliever before your appointment
#4 Mental conditioning for as long as you need - and whatever it takes (wag lang dr*gs ha 😅)

Signs na baka dapat palitan na ang filling mo:
1) May discoloration sa palibot ng pasta na wala naman dati
2) Gumagalaw or natanggal
3) Ibang kulay na
4) May pain or pangingilo

No visible metal - but very durable dahil sa metal support sa loob.
Mas stable and less bulky for some.

Best for:
-missing front teeth
-ayaw ng visible metal
-may ipin pa sa likod
-less bulky denture
-hirap sa loose dentures

This is not everyone - depende parin sa condition ng teeth, gums, & bone.
