One of our patient’s CERAMIC BRACES journey 🦷✨

Ceramic braces align and function the same way as traditional braces but they are more aesthetically pleasing since they are tooth colored.

Odontectomy or wisdom tooth surgery is done when a wisdom tooth doesn’t have space to erupt (impacted wisdom tooth) or if it is malposed.

Wisdom teeth (3rd molars) are the teeth located at the back corners of the mouth on the upper and lower jaw. 🦷

Here are some possible complications if you leave those wisdom teeth untreated:
❗️Pain & swelling
❗️Infection
❗️Damage to adjacent 2nd molar
❗️Inflammation of the surrounding gums
❗️Cyst formation
❗️Joint & jaw pain

✨ Smile Restored After a Cheerleading Mishap! 🦷📣

Patient experienced a traumatic injury to his central incisor during a cheerleading routine. After thorough evaluation, we performed a successful root canal treatment and restored the tooth with a durable and natural-looking Emax crown.

Emax crowns are made from lithium disilicate glass which is tough and translucent. Some advantages of emax crowns are the following:
✅ durable
✅ aesthetically pleasing (matches adjacent tooth shade because of its translucency)
✅ minimal tooth reduction
✅ biocompatible
