Due to the high volume of patients, especially on weekends, we kindly request everyone to secure an appointment before visiting our clinic. This helps us manage schedules better and serve you more efficiently.
📝 How to Request an Appointment

2️⃣ Fill out the form using the patient’s complete details.
➡️ If you are booking for your child, please enter your child’s information, as this will be used for their clinic record.
➡️ For family appointments:
⚠️ PLEASE DO NOT SELECT ONE SINGLE TIME SLOT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY.
✅ Submit a separate request for each family member
✅ Choose sequential time slots for each patient to ensure proper scheduling
3️⃣ Submit the form and wait for confirmation.
⏰ Appointment slots are confirmed on a first come, first served basis, as multiple patients may request the same date and time.
4️⃣ Confirmation is usually sent through our page.
📩 For faster assistance, you may message us with the patient’s name after submitting your request.
🕗 Online Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Requests sent after 7:00 PM may be confirmed the following day, so please ensure your request is submitted within online hours.
