Patient went to our clinic with inflamed gums. We did RCT on tooth # 11 and changed her old crown to Zirconia crowns.

Also, Look at the improvement of her gums.. We suggested to take Vit. C for a week 🥳

Patient went to our clinic with throbbing pain on his wisdom tooth.

Why wisdom tooth hurts?
because they lack space to emerge properly, causing them to push against adjacent teeth, become trapped (impacted), or trap food and bacteria, leading to inflammation and infection. Common reasons include swelling, crowding, infections (like pericoronitis), or pressure on neighboring molars.

What is pericoronitis?
Pericoronitis is an infection and inflammation of the gum tissue surrounding a partially erupted tooth, most commonly lower wisdom teeth. It occurs when bacteria and food trap under a flap of gum (operculum).

Symptoms of Pericoronitis
😭 Severe pain and swelling: Tender, red, or swollen gum tissue at the back of the mouth.
😭 Bad taste/odor: A persistent bad taste, often from pus draining from the gum flap.
😭 Jaw issues: Difficulty opening the mouth or swallowing (trismus).
😭 General infection signs: Fever, swelling in the neck, and swollen lymph nodes
