Prevention is the key to a healthy, confident smile. Most dental problems can be avoided with the right daily habits and regular dental care.

Here’s how you can protect your oral health:

1. Brush properly 3x a day
Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste. Gentle, thorough brushing removes plaque without damaging your gums.

2. Floss every day
Brushing cleans the surfaces you see, but flossing removes plaque and food particles between teeth—where cavities often start.

3. Limit sugary foods and drinks
Frequent sugar intake feeds bacteria that cause tooth decay. Rinse with water after eating sweets or acidic foods.

4. Don’t ignore bleeding gums

Got an upcoming event and still can’t decide between Zirconia or Emax? PMMA’s got you 😉

PMMA is a new-generation (plastic) acrylic crown — a good temporary option with a lifespan of up to 1–2 years.

Patient concerns were: off midline, short and small anteriors, open margins, rough porcelain and inflamed gums.

✅ All 5 out of 5 concerns were addressed successfully, and we’re now allowing the gums to heal before moving forward with the final crown. ✨🦷
