Our patient presented with naturally small teeth (microdontia) and noticeable gaps between her teeth. She also had a congenitally missing lower tooth ( #42), which affected the balance of her smile.

To address these concerns, we performed diastema closure on the anterior teeth and restored the missing tooth using a fiber-reinforced composite bridge.

The result is a more harmonious, natural-looking smile that is both aesthetic and functional. This provides her with greater confidence every time she smiles.

THE CONCERN: The patient came to our clinic to fill the gap for her missing front tooth ( #12).

As a teacher, she felt self-conscious when speaking and smiling in front of her students, making it important to restore both function and confidence as soon as possible.

While a permanent fixed bridge remains the long-term plan, she opted for a temporary bridge 🦷 as the most practical option for now. Aesthetically, the bridge blends perfectly with her natural teeth. ✨
