BIOPULP by BEKENDENT — a devitalizing paste, arsenic free, marked FOR DENTAL PROFESSIONAL USE.

What it’s for:
Dentists use devitalizing paste during root canal treatment. It’s applied to the tooth to “kill” the nerve/pulp tissue when a tooth is severely inflamed or infected and needs to be removed. The “arsenic free” label is important because older devitalizing agents used arsenic, which is now avoided due to toxicity risks.

This is Alustat — a dental hemostatic liquid made by Cerkamed with 25% aluminum chloride.

What it does:
Stops bleeding: The aluminum chloride acts as a vasoconstrictor on tiny blood vessels, so it quickly staunches slight gingival bleeding
Reduces swelling: Also decreases gingival swelling around the tooth
Dentist use only: Label says "TO BE USED BY DENTIST ONLY"

When dentists use it:
The image shows it's best for:
Class II, IV, V fillings — those are cavities on the sides, corners, or near the gum line where bleeding is common
Subgingival bleeding — bleeding under the gum line
Before crown cementation — gives a dry, clean field so the crown bonds better

Aluminum chloride works by constricting small blood vessels + causing mild protein coagulation. That's why it's popular for quick hemostasis without epinephrine.
