✅ Hanapin agad ang ngipin
➡️ Hawakan LANG sa crown (puting parte)
❌ Huwag hawakan ang ugat/root

✅ Kung marumi, banlawan nang mabilis
➡️ Gamit ang malamig na tubig o sterile saline
❌ Huwag kuskusin o sabon-an

✅ Subukang ibalik sa socket kung kaya
➡️ Dahan-dahang ipasok pabalik sa pwesto
➡️ Pakagatin sa malinis na gauze o tela

❌ Kung hindi kaya ibalik:

👉 Ilagay agad ang ngipin sa:
🥛 Gatas (best option)
💧 Saline solution
😮‍💨 O sa loob ng bibig/tabi ng pisngi kung conscious ang patient

Why do Dentists often discourage tooth extraction in the late afternoon or evening❓🤔

2. Slower Healing & Recovery
-Healing tends to be more effective earlier in the day when the body is more active. Metabolism and immune responses slow down in the evening, potentially delaying the healing process.

3. Higher Pain Sensitivity
-Studies indicate that pain perception increases in the evening due to changes in body temperature and hormone levels, making the post-extraction experience more uncomfortable.

4. Emergency Availability
-If complications arise (such as excessive bleeding or dry socket), dental clinics may be closed or understaffed in the evening, making immediate assistance harder to access.

5. Fatigue & Stress
-Patients and dentists are often more fatigued in the late afternoon and evening, which could impact both the patient’s comfort and the dentist’s precision during the procedure.

Because of these factors, many dentists prefer scheduling extractions in the morning or early afternoon when conditions are more favorable for healing and patient safety.
