The patient previously underwent a root canal on tooth no. 11 and had a jacket crown as the final restoration. Currently, the crown has chipped, along with some part of her natural tooth structure. Tooth no. 21 also has a jacket crown, and tooth no. 12 exhibits caries. For her treatment plan, we recommended placing a fiber post in her root canal-treated tooth to serve as an additional abutment for the bridge supporting the missing tooth no. 22. A four-unit crown bridge is therefore suggested for her restoration.
