• Patient presented with recurrent swelling on a previously root canal–treated tooth. Despite multiple root canal treatments, infection and inflammation continued to recur.

• An apicoectomy was performed to remove the infected root tip and preserve the tooth. Apicoectomy is a surgical procedure that removes the infected root end and seals it to prevent reinfection.

• This procedure was performed in partnership and coordination with Dr. Regalado Dela Paz at our LaSolana Dental Clinic.
