How to correct a canted smile? 😨

HISTORY: Patient came in the clinic with braces for 3 years already but “still no progress” according to him. He always comes for his monthly adjustment, but still not satisfied with the result, thus asking for a second opinion.
(NOTE: all his financial obligations are already settled with the previous dentist & clinic)

After correcting the wrongly positioned brackets, in just a few months we already achieved a balanced bite and finished the treatment in a year. 🤩

WHEN SHOULD WISDOM TEETH BE REMOVED? 🦷🤔

When the roots of the teeth are still immature, surgical removal is rather simple and a young person is capable of optimal healing. Wisdom teeth can be removed as early as age 11-12. 💡

Patient is 15 years of age, and wisdom teeth on her lower jaw are removed to avoid orthodontic complications 🦷😊
