We currently don’t have an internet connection.

To all MAXICARE members, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. We cannot process your HMO approval without an internet connection because the approval is done through the system and not via phone calls. A computer or laptop is required to access the AI-based approval system.

If you are unable to wait, you may choose another clinic that can process your approval at this time. For your information, Maxicare is the only HMO we are unable to accommodate temporarily because their approval process requires an internet connection and uses an AI-based system.
