Another graduate today, this patient is going abroad so we need to removed her braces because She is already happy with the outcome, She doesnt want to do any extraction in her lower so what I did was to expand her upper and distalized the lower premolars and molars to get this final show, the midline is not really that important as long as the alignment is right and the occlusion. π¦·ππ¦·
