Clinical case summary

Patient Profile: 67-year-old female
Chief Complaint/Findings: The patient presented with a diastema (spacing) between the two upper central incisors.

History and Assessment: A previous composite resin buildup had been performed to close the gap; however, the restoration is now fractured and failing. To achieve a more durable and aesthetic result, we have decided to replace the old composite with Zirconia veneers.

Advantages of the New Treatment:
Superior Durability: Zirconia offers significantly higher fracture resistance compared to composite resin.
Enhanced Aesthetics: These veneers provide a more natural, translucent appearance that mimics real enamel.
Stain Resistance: Unlike composite, Zirconia will not discolor over time, ensuring a long-lasting, bright smile.
