TO ALL MY PATIENTS:
Due to COVID-19, Please be informed that for an indefinite period, our clinic will be implementing new procedures to ensure everyone's safety.
1. All patients must schedule an appointment before treatment(except for dental emergency cases). Please message thru Text messaging or messenger to get an appointment. Send your Name,Age,Address and Chief Complaint/Dental problem.

2. All Medically Compromised Patients such as hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease or similar, please consult your physician before getting an appointment to avoid delay of treatment.

3.For the meantime limited procedures will be done until the clinic is equipped to do other procedures in compliance with government protocols.

4.Please be honest of your travel history and health condition. Please inform us if anyone in your family has been exposed to a person with fever, cough, colds,flu-like aches or fatigue in the past 14 days prior to your appointment, and if you're experiencing any of these symptoms.

5. All patients and accompanying person must wear FACE MASK inside the clinic and observe SOCIAL DISTANCING. Only the patient is allowed to enter in the working area. Accompanying person is advised to stay at the reception area.

6. Please be advised that there is an increase in fees of all dental procedures including chairside consultation.
