Behind the Restoration Lies another Lesion.

After removal of the tooth filling, the lesion or cavity on the adjacent tooth was exposed.
Good Thing The Patient wants its old restoration to be Fixed Due to Esthetic Purposes.

Things to Check for a Tooth Filling Most importantly on the Anterior or Harap na ngipin.
✔️ Check for the Color of the filling: Dapat as much as possible kuha niya or gaya niya ang kulay ng natural na ngipin. * note Choosing the Ngipins natural Color is Crucial** thats why it should at least Mimic the color of the natural tooth.
✔️ If its Flossable. Yung pwedeng ma floss , yung dapat hindi nag dikit ang dalawang ngipin. Kasi kapag napag dikit it will cause a problem.
✔️Smooth or Rough.. make sure your filling is smooth to prevent easy staining of the restoration.
✔️No abnormal contact or (may mataas ba?) Because this is the major or somewhat the usual cause of tooth fillings to be dislodge most importantly pag sa harap.
