NEVER USE HARD BRISTLED TOOTHBRUSH!
You might think it cleans better but it might bring you more harm than good.
Not only do your teeth turn yellow as it thins out due to abrasion, it'll be more sensitive (air, hot and cold drinks, brushing etc.) too! 😱

Ps. Ask your oral health care provider for the right way to clean your teeth 😉
