Hindi nman masamang magtanong pero why do people (most) assume that consultation is free?

Here's the reason why we cannot give it free:

1. We studied in an expensive university (6 yrs to be exact and more for some.)
2. We passed our 2 part exam (theoretical and practical)
3. We pay for continuous education, we pay for seminars and workshop, we pay for conventions, associations and the list goes on.
4. We pay our taxes.
5. We pay our employees.
6. We pay monthly overheads ( rentals,electricity, water, etc etc)
7. We upgrade our facility from time to time.
8. We sterilize our instruments we use for consultation (autoclaved to be exact). We put you on bibs so we dont mess with your clothes we place cups with water and mouthwash so you can gargle and feel minty and clean.

So how can someone assume it can be free?
