In order to set you up for success in this role, we look for the following required skills and experience:
DA/Hygienist: Has a medical background in either their studies or work experience (Dental Hygienist, Nursing, Med-Tech, Pharmacists, Mid-Wives, Physical/Occupational Therapists, Medical Assistants/Secretaries, Sanitation Officer at a healthcare facility etc.)
- Can gradually & systematically follow up with our thousands of previous px and bring back 2 a week.
Px Coor:
- Has a medical/comms/media background in either their studies or work experience (Psychology, Media, Nursing, Med-Tech, Pharmacists, Mid-Wives, Physical/Occupational Therapists, Outpatient Medical Assistants/Secretaries etc.)
For both:
- 1-2 year working experience (Personal Business & School/Church Positions Accepted)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Can handle pressure
- Aware of and understands the serious health and legal consequence of sub-par operations
- Emotionally Intelligent & Resilient. Takes kind feedback as clear steps to improve
- Proactive problem-solver with concise communication skills.
- Applicants must have a commute under 45 minutes one way and cost no more than 85 pesos round trip. From Aguinaldo Hwy, expect a 15‑minute walk (with evening drop‑off); from Malagasang Rd, about 5 minutes.
Preferred

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Dental Assistant/Hygienist:
Maintain a clean, disinfected, and well-organized clinical environment
Ensure all necessary tools and materials are set up before dental procedures begin
Facilitate smooth dental and clinic procedures by adhering to the dentist's instructions
Provide reassurance to patients and assist dentists during treatments
Recall previous patients to visit again
Assist with maintaining patient records
*Only for Licensed Hygienists:
Sterilize dental instruments properly.
Conduct initial mouth screenings, perio charting, create oral health history with Doc.
Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis.
Conduct all hygienist treatments effectively (deep scaling, flouride varnish, pit fissure sealants etc)
Maintain documentation and charts of each patient.
Px Coor:
Handle Patients from start to finish
Demonstrate & assist with Instantaneous Stellaire System & Stellaire App etc.
Intentively listen & curiously learn more about them.
Listen and understand their healthcare needs to summarize to Doc.
Help advocate what’s best for them overall (Eg. Not the most expensive if out of budget, not the cheapest if best result is the #1 priority)
Show prices, prepare quotes.
Ensure good px flow
Follow up with patients for the future treatments
Ensure they get the best care the entire time
Both (taking up 10-20% of your time):
Deliver outstanding customer service support to messaging or calling patients
Manage patient scheduling and process payments efficiently
Keep track of dental stocks and equipment to order when needed
Maintain & develop clinic systems

There will be 3 relatively short interviews and 1 paid observation day so you’re aware of the practice you are joining. It will consist of:
A quick 15 min - 25 min voice/video call general interview to make sure you understand the role and we get a glimpse of your overall fit.
In-depth 45 min - 1.5 hour in-person interview to discuss the role in more detail
Compensated Role Shadowing for a half/full day so you can observe if this is the job for you and share your perspective on our operation.
After we call your references, a final 15-min interview to answer any final questions or request regarding your role. We'll inform you of our decision shortly after.
As per industry standard, we have a 3 month trial period (shorter if you showcase high performance) so you can ensure this clinic is for you and we can see if your skills are what we need.
