👂 EARWAX: MYTH VS. FACT

Is earwax something you need to clean out regularly? Not necessarily!

Earwax isn’t simply “dirt.” It helps protect and lubricate your ear canal, and in most people, it naturally moves out of the ear on its own. So, before reaching for a cotton bud, ear pick, or other object, remember, your ears usually don’t need routine cleaning inside the ear canal. 🚫

If you’re experiencing ear pain, blocked ears, hearing changes, discharge, or earwax buildup, have your ears properly evaluated by an ENT specialist. 🩺

Your ears don’t need to be “spotless”, they need to be healthy. 💚

Sneezing All Day? It Could Be Allergic Rhinitis

Do you often experience:
🤧Frequent sneezing?
💧Runny or stuffy nose?
👃Itchy nose, eyes, of throat?
😴Difficulty sleeping due to nasal congestion?

You may be dealing with allergic rhinitis, a common condition triggered by dust, pollen, pet dander, and other allergens.

What Happens?
When your body reacts to allergens, it releases chemicals that cause inflammation in the nose, leading to sneezing, congestion, and itching.

When Should You See an ENT Specialist?
If your symptoms are affecting your sleep, work, school performance, or daily activities, it may be time to seek professional evaluation and treatment.

Early diagnosis and proper management can help you breathe easier and improve your quality of life.
