Case: Unsatisfactory crown morphology with no anterior guidances (incisal and canine). Finish line overhangs are also noted on almost all crowns.

Treatment:
- Corrected all the teeth preparations.
- Bite records (leaf gauge, MIP, horizontal)
- Facebow transfer (maxillary orientation)
- Made a temporary mock up with cervico-incisal length increase for anterior guidances.
-Lastly, seating and cementation of 16 lithium disilicate crowns.

Restoration of two central incisors using zirconia with glass-ceramic facing.

Tx phase:
Root canal Tx on 11 and 21

Did a Sub-gingival Preparation to create a good emergence profile, and did the shade mapping using polarizing filter to determine the shade of the cervical third, mid third, and emulate the incisal translucency of the laterals. Lastly, I increased the cervico-incisal height to restore the incisal guidance.

Case: rct tx and all ceramic crowns

-old pfm crown on 12, and root canal treated 11,21,22 with old restorations are restored with all ceramic (zirconia cutback with lithium disilicate facing) crowns.
