Restoration of a Peg Lateral Incisor.

Peg laterals are often hereditary, meaning they can be passed down through families.
The condition can also arise due to disturbances in tooth development, where the lateral incisors don't fully develop.

This can be restored directly with Composite resin, or indirectly (needs to be fabricated in a dental laboratory) using different kinds of ceramic.
