For MAXICARE CARD HOLDERS

Please be informed that starting today, SEPTEMBER 7, 2026, Monday, the clinic would be TEMPORARILY putting ON HOLD all Maxicare card holders requesting for verification and appointment schedule. This is due to the transition being done by Maxicare to a new system. Resumption of verification and scheduling until further notice. Rest assured that we are constantly coordinating with Maxicare regarding this matter to serve our Maxicare patients better.
