The patient underwent a combination of root canal treatment and crown restoration. The root canal treatment was performed first to remove the infection inside the tooth and preserve the natural tooth structure. After the tooth was properly treated and stabilized, a dental crown was placed to restore its shape, strength, and function. The crown also helps protect the treated tooth and allows the patient to chew comfortably.
