YOU MAY TAKE YOUR TIME TO READ THIS OR YOU'LL REGRET FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE 😪

“𝘿𝙤𝙘, 𝙗𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙩 𝙠𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙣 𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙥𝙖-𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 6 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙨 𝙠𝙪𝙣𝙜 𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙩𝙤-𝙩𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙗𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙝 𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙠𝙤 𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙬-𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙬?”

This is actually one of the most common questions about dental health—and it's worth talking about.

Regular brushing is one of the best things you can do for your teeth, pero kahit gaano ka kasipag mag-brush or floss, may mga areas na mahirap talagang linisin. Over time, 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿, and once that happens, hindi na ito natatanggal ng toothbrush lang. 🪥

Pero ang goal ng regular dental cleaning isn’t to wait for problems—it’s to help prevent them before they become bigger concerns. 🥲 That’s why, for many people, a dental check-up and cleaning every 6 months is commonly recommended, although the ideal schedule may vary depending on your oral health.

Hindi rin ibig sabihin na kapag wala kang nararamdaman, wala nang kailangang i-check. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗮𝗴𝘀𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗶𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗻𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗱 𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, at mas madaling ma-manage kapag maagapan agad. 💯

How long has it been since your last dental cleaning? We’d love to hear your answer in the comments. 👇
