Dear Patients:

Joaquin Dental Clinic Catalunan Grande and Matina Branch are now accepting patients.

We now can see your beautiful smiles again for routine care.

However, your health and safety is our top priority, so like most health care settings, we are taking extra precautions in addition to our established practices of strict sterilization. There are a few changes that we need to implement for the time being. Before your next appointment, we will remind you of the following:

1.) Until further notice, we ask that only the patient is allowed in the office, while leaving other family members/friends at home or in the car to help minimize the community spread of the virus.

2.) Pre-booking appointments must be arranged through our FB page Joaquin Dental Clinic. We will only accommodate patients with confirmed bookings.

3.) We are eliminating our patient waiting room. Before arriving at your appointment, please call us at 082 321 1885 or 0915 919 3375 .

4.) We also ask that you reschedule your appointment if any of the following apply to you or people you have been in contact with:

o If you have flu-like symptoms (fever, cough and shortness of breath) or have been exposed to family that do.
o If you have had any contact with anyone that has been exposed to COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms.
o If you belong to the high risk category including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, lung diseases including moderate to severe asthma, being immunocompromised, having active malignancy or over age 65.

5.) You will be asked to sign a Covid-19 Pandemic Dental Treatment Waiver Consent Form.

6.) Lastly, you will notice our increased use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), like gowns, face shields, etc. Please know that while we may look funny, we just want to keep you safe from airborne contagions. Our office may also feel a little empty. For your safety, we have spread appointments apart a bit more, offering a little more time and less traffic flow in the office. Feel free to ask us questions if you wish to know more!
