•it is more prone to develop a decay
•it will add force or stress to adjacent tooth.
•hard to maintain due to it's location
•not self-cleansing area
•contact point caries tends to develop
•abscess may develop when get infected

Another case done.
This case took a while to finish due to patients tight schedule, this patient is a working student, she works & put herself to school and also manage to have herself an orthodontic treatment.
Finally we're able to finish her case with installation of an upper fixed bridge for her missing upper centrals.
