To all our patients! We hope that you are in good health. We are pleased to inform you that we are re-opening and will be able to provide dental care for you and your family. We missed you all and thank you for being patient and bearing with us during this challenging time.

The redesign of our clinic is driven by the need to avoid the spread of the virus. As we enter the "new normal" amid the COVID-19 pandemic, you will see that measures in our safety protocols and disinfection have become more rigid:

✔ Appointments will be managed to allow social distancing between patients.

✔All patients will undergo prescreening and temperature check prior to any treatment or procedure.

✔ Adequate ventilation and at least 12 air changes per hour (ACH) in our mechanically ventilated airborne protection, negative pressure room. (In adherence to the WHO interim guidelines in infection prevention and control of epidemic and pandemic prone acute respiratory distress in health care)

Rest assured, all these procedures are designed in order to keep us all protected during this pandemic and in the future.

If you have any questions, please let us know and we will be happy to answer any inquiries you may have about the steps we are taking to keep you safe. Thank you for your trust and we are looking forward to seeing your beautiful smiles again!

Please be informed that our office will be implementing new procedures to ensure your safety and our staff. For an indefinite period, we will be asking you to remain in your car upon arriving for your scheduled appointments. We will call you as soon as we're ready for you. Additionally, we will be checking everybody's temperature via a non-intrusive infrared thermometer. Please inform us if anyone in your family has been exposed to a person with fever, cough, cold, flu-like aches, or fatigue in the last 14 days prior to your appointment, or if you're experiencing any of these symptoms yourself. If so, please reschedule your appointment. Our office will continue to maintain our strict infection control practices and will utilize personal protective equipments. As we get closer to reopening, additional steps may be needed. We will do our best to keep you updated with these changes. Please do not hesitate to ask questions regarding this matter. We hope to see you very soon! 😊
