She came to me and plainly said, "magtatanong lan po". I politely welcomed her and patiently responding and explaining sa mga tanong nya (Ganon naman ako lagi sa pasyente, di bah?🤩) She then decided to have her dental concerns be done STAT! ilang balik na daw kc sya sa clinic last Holy Week pa but it's always closed. By appointment lan po kc ang nyo 😊 To cut the long story short, i referred her to have a panorex first. (shout out sa podcast ng professional dentists na nagsabing, "If your dentist don't have xray in their clinic, RUN! Sorry ha mga docs, Periapical xray lan kc meron ako sa clinic, don't worry, by God's grace, may CBCT, PANOCEPH & PANOREX na din ako when the right time comes... ORAL SCANNER pa lan kc keribels kong utangin eh 😍😍 hello Carlo Nebab beke nemen)
So ayun na, crown prep starts at 5pm that same day, OT ako hehe. Wednesday installed na, o di ba anlakas ko k Lord, ginawan Nya talaga ng paraan. Thursday morning flight nya na, daan pa din sya sa clinic for our pictorial 😊 Oh btw, she's a NURSE sa Germany. Thank you Mam Sheila, hindi mo ko pinagsawaang balik balikan ❤
The moral of the story? Always be polite and respectful to everybody. Don't be judgmental! And do your best in clinical practice kahit simple lan ang clinic, patient's word of mouth will be the best form of advertisement. In my almost 3 decades in the profession, kahit open-closed at hindi modern look ang clinic ko, i can truly say !
