A temporary restoration was placed on tooth #12, which was damaged due to an accident. This was done to temporarily restore the tooth’s form and protect the affected area while the patient considers whether to proceed with root canal treatment.

The patient had multiple existing restorations on her anterior teeth that had become discolored over time, affecting the overall appearance of her smile. To restore the beauty and vitality of her smile, we performed direct composite veneers on teeth #11, #12, #21, and #22 to improve their color, shape, and overall aesthetics.

The patient presented with a severe tooth infection involving teeth #11, #12, and #22, for which root canal treatment (RCT) was performed. Following completion of the RCT, these teeth were restored with Ceramage crowns to restore their function, structure, and esthetics.
To achieve a more harmonious and aesthetically pleasing appearance, tooth #21 was also included in the treatment plan. A Ceramage crown was placed on tooth #21 to improve its form and proportion and to create a more balanced appearance among the anterior teeth.
