In Loving Memory of Dr. Danica Velasco Mantilla, Senior Dentist & Clinical Officer, Affinity Dental Clinics Cebu.

With broken hearts, we share the passing of our dear colleague, mentor, and friend, Dr. Danica Velasco Mantilla, who peacefully joined our Creator on August 16, 2025.

To us at Affinity, she was more than a loyal and dedicated colleague. She was a true friend, a steady leader, and someone who always carried herself with kindness, humility, and quiet strength. As Clinical Officer of our Cebu clinic, she led not only with skill but with genuine care for everyone around her.

To her patients, she was more than a dentist and oral surgeon. She was a healer who poured her heart into her work, treating each person with sincerity, compassion, and respect. Her hands restored smiles, but her presence brought comfort and reassurance that went far beyond dentistry.

To her family, she was a loving daughter and sister, a devoted wife to Dr. Kent Mantilla, and a wonderful mother to their daughter Annika. Her love for them shone through in everything she did, and we honor the life she lived so selflessly for them.

Dr. Danica did not only create smiles—she touched lives, she touched hearts, and she left us with a legacy of love and grace that we will carry with us always.We will miss her deeply. Thank you, Dr. Danica, for everything you gave us.
