Dear Doctors,

We are currently collating information for the time-in and time-out for 4 sessions of more than 1,500 delegates of VisDAC. At the same time, we are also processing about 15,000 evaluations for the 10 lectures that were done during VisDAC. PRC is giving us just 15 days to submit our report and so we are working on this as fast as we can to meet the deadline. After we have submitted the report, PRC will still have to evaluate and approve it. So, we do not really know when you can claim the credit units yet. Just in case there are still any doubts pertaining to VisDAC's certificate of accreditation, here is a snapshot of our certificate of accreditation with the formal title of "2nd Visayas Dental Area Conference and Trade Exhibit"
We ask for your patience and understanding as we are dentists like you who are voluntarily (without any form of compensation) working on this just to be able to give our colleagues in the Visayas a chance for continuing education and credit units as well at a very affordable and reasonable cost. Registration steps for tomorrow

1. Counters will be set up according to groups of family names, alphabetically. Line up at your designated family name.

2. Once registration has been confirmed, sign the PRC attendance sheet. If some information is missing on your registration, you will be handed out a form to complete necessary details.

Another counter is intended for on site registration. Fill up the form completely. Pay the fee of 1,200.

3. IDs will be given. IDs are color coded (green and orange) which corresponds to which entrance and exit doors will you utilize. Line up at your corresponding entrance.

4. Your ID contains a barcode which will be used to log in upon entering and exiting the lecture hall. This will record your time of entry and exit. Information will be submitted to PRC for record of attendance. NO ELECTRONIC ATTENDANCE, NO PRC-CPD POINTS.

5. Upon entry at the hall, get 1 evaluation form. At the end of every lecture, an END CODE will be flashed on the screens. Be sure to place the end code on the evaluation form.

6. Upon exit and log out surrender the completely filled out evaluation form.

ENTRANCE 5 IS ACCESS FOR OUR EARLY ENTRY EXHIBITORS / PARTICIPANTS WITH NO VEHICLES (Jolibee/Mountain Wing entrance)

ENTRANCE 11 IS ACCESS FOR EARLY ENTRY WITH VEHICLES (near parking entrance of WATSONS)

Please bring your PRC LICENSE for all DENTISTS and school ID for students for proof of entry for JULY 20

Registration will start at exactly 8am.
CONFERENCE KITS will be on a first come first serve basis.
