Only minimal drilling was done to adjust the bite and tooth form. The upper teeth were completely NO DRILLING & Just purely composite veneers added. Since the patient’s teeth were naturally small, it made this case perfect for a conservative, non-invasive veneer treatment. -dr. blinky

This patient presented with congenitally missing upper and lower lateral incisors. Instead of reopening the spaces for a bridge or prosthetic replacement, we carefully planned orthodontic space closure so the patient would not have any missing teeth, especially in the front smile zone.

To create a more natural appearance, the canine tooth was reshaped with cosmetic restoration to mimic a lateral incisor, improving the symmetry and harmony of the smile.

This approach allows the patient to keep a complete-looking smile using their own teeth, while avoiding additional prosthetic treatments like bridges or implants.

For this smile it’s not just all about alignment it’s also about planning, esthetics and function working together.
