Banana Oatmeal Cookies:

Ingredients: Ripe bananas, rolled oats, cinnamon
Instructions: Mash ripe bananas in a bowl, then mix in rolled oats and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. These cookies are low in added sugars and provide fiber and nutrients that promote oral health.

Greek Yogurt Fruit Bowl:

Ingredients: Greek yogurt, mixed fresh fruits (such as berries, kiwi, and pineapple), honey (optional)
Instructions: Spoon Greek yogurt into a bowl and top with mixed fresh fruits. Drizzle with a bit of honey for sweetness if desired. Greek yogurt is high in calcium and protein, which strengthen teeth, while fruits provide essential vitamins and antioxidants for gum health.

Vegetable and Bean Wrap:

Ingredients: Whole wheat tortillas, hummus, mixed raw vegetables (such as spinach, shredded carrots, cucumber, and bell peppers), canned beans (such as black beans or chickpeas)
Instructions: Spread hummus on a whole wheat tortilla, then layer with mixed raw vegetables and canned beans. Roll up the tortilla tightly and slice into pinwheels or eat whole. This easy wrap is packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals that support oral health.

Cottage Cheese and Veggie Dip:

Ingredients: Cottage cheese, mixed raw vegetables (such as baby carrots, celery sticks, and cherry tomatoes)
Instructions: Serve cottage cheese as a dip alongside mixed raw vegetables. Cottage cheese is rich in calcium and protein, while raw vegetables provide crunch and vitamins that help maintain healthy teeth and gums.
Whole Grain Toast with Avocado:

Ingredients: Whole grain bread, ripe avocado, lemon juice, salt, pepper
Instructions: Toast whole grain bread slices until golden brown. Mash ripe avocado with a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread the avocado mixture onto the toast. Avocado is packed with healthy fats and vitamins, while whole-grain bread provides fiber and nutrients essential for oral health.

Yes, it is definitely possible to still eat food that you enjoy after having your wisdom teeth removed.

Here are some good one's:

Oatmeal

Oatmeal is both filling and healthful. It can, however, be chewy and sticky. As a result, it's best to hold off on trying this cuisine for a few days.

Potatoes

Potatoes are a versatile root vegetable that may be cooked in a variety of ways. Mashed potatoes, in particular, can be a soothing snack after wisdom teeth extraction. They're high in calories and nutrients, which are both beneficial to healing This is due to the fact that people's energy requirements are slightly increased following surgery.

Bananas

Bananas are one of the most widely consumed fruits on the planet. After dental surgery, their soft texture makes them easier to chew and swallow. Bananas are also extremely healthy, containing a wide range of vitamins and minerals, including potassium, vitamin B6, manganese, and folate. Bananas can be mashed to soften their texture even further, reducing the chance of discomfort.

Soup

Blended soups are delicious. They're simple to eat and don't contain any components that could irritate the surgical site. Soups are also often high in vitamins and minerals. When you can't consume many whole fruits or veggies, this helps you meet the daily dietary recommendations.

And our personal favorite, Ice cream

YES YOUR READ THAT RIGHT! Ice cream's coldness can aid to relieve pain in your mouth. Make sure, however, that you select a healthy one. Otherwise, you won't get much out of it, despite the fact that it's a wonderful pleasure.
