New year, New teeth!

Patient has old and leaking anterior crowns. Underneath it are 2 central incisors screaming for it to get changed.

I suspect that the gold plated metal post was the reason for such discoloration among many other possible reasons like the metal coping from the PFM crown.

We opted to use Porcelain fused to Zirconia crowns to mask the discoloration and at the same time improve esthetics.

Her new set of teeth is an example wherein we restore her 6-anterior teeth 😬

Using Porcelain fused to Zirconia crown and veneers to replace an old single unit porcelain crown and its adjacent composite veneered teeth that didn’t match shade

We also included some of her posterior teeth that shows up when she smiles to bring balance and rejuvenate this 60-year old patient’s smile 😄 yes, it’s not too late for you to enhance your smile 😅

Looking 10-15yrs younger just by changing the composition of her smile

This is a 10-unit upper and 12-unit lower Porcelain fused to Zirconia that consists of veneers, crowns and bridges.

We did some gum contouring + flapless crown lengthening to achieve her current smile.

Who wouldn’t want this upgrade?

A mixture of porcelain crowns, bridges, and veneers helped this lady bring back her confidence to smile again.
Also, healthier gums can be observed around the new restoration compared to the old PFM (porcelain fused to Metal) crowns.

Patients chief complaint: My denture is old and kapoy na cgeg tang2 ug taud (remove and wear) sa akong pustiso
Options with this type of CC are, First, Dental implants and second, Fixed bridge, of which what we did here.
We rule out making a new set of dentures since she wants
an upgrade for her smile.

Changing her old plastic crowns with all-porcelain zirconia crowns and bridge (10 units).

Root canal treatment and fiber post placement was also done to her 2 teeth.

Pink gum (to mimic the gingiva) was also placed above the pontic that replaces the missing teeth to achieve maximum esthetics. Check the pxs left side (right side when warching the screen).
