Minor Oral Surgery.... Odontectomy of unerupted wisdom tooth...

Patient A went to my clinic to have his braces remove & need some cleaning, teeth bleaching & some changes of old crowns. But it so happen that the teeth inside the crown was badly carious & fractured. Good thing, it is root canal treated. And the patient have a very limited time to wait for his crown construction or fabrication.
Treatment Done:
1. Removal of braces
2. Oral prophylaxis
3. Reconstruction of gold screw post to build up the broken tooth # 21
4. Crown build-up of tooth # 21, 11 & 12
5. Construction of composite zirconia type veneers on toorh # 14, 13, 12, 11, 21, 22, 23 & 24... no need to undergo teeth whitening.
Next appt is to correct his occlusion, because his otho treatment was unsuccessful ❤️❤️❤️
