Implant-supported dentures are a type of overdenture that is securely anchored to dental implants surgically placed in the jawbone, rather than simply resting on the gums like traditional dentures.
They are used when a person is missing all of their teeth in an arch, but has enough healthy jawbone structure to support dental implants.
How do they work?
