For the next step, if the patient decides to proceed, we can perform internal bleaching on tooth #11, since it has already undergone root canal treatment. This will help achieve a better shade match and create a more natural, harmonious esthetic result before the final esthetic enhancement.

After root canal treatment, it was time to rebuild what was lost and bring the smile back.

Played with my composites today and gave these four anterior teeth a second chance. Sometimes, the most rewarding part is seeing a patient smile with confidence again. 🤍
