This patient came to us with congenitally missing lateral incisors ā€” meaning the teeth beside the two front teeth never developed.

To achieve a natural-looking result, we started with braces treatment to properly align the teeth and create the ideal space for the missing lateral incisors.
After the teeth were aligned, pontics were placed to temporarily replace the missing teeth, instantly completing the smile.
