To our fellow workforce and members, our dedicated committees, our generous partners, our colleagues from all over and to our respected guestsโthank you for an exceptional Madasigon year for PDA Cagayan de Oro - Misamis Oriental Chapter.
This year has been nothing short of remarkable. Together, we have strengthened our programs, expanded our reach, and deepened our impact on the communities we serve. The four awards we received are not just symbols of recognition; they are reflections of each of our hard work, our sacrifices, and our unwavering commitment to excellence as a team.
Each award we garnered represents countless hours of planning, coordination, and collaboration. They stand for the meetings that went overtime, the night candle spent finalizing details, the creativity poured into every project, and the resilience that carried us through every challenge. Most importantly, they represent our shared belief that we canโand mustโdo better every year for our profession and for the people we serve.
Among these recognitions, we are especially honored and humbled to receive the Excellence in Strategic Program Development Award. This award is particularly meaningful because it acknowledges not only what we did, but how we did it.
Strategic program development demands vision, discipline, and unity. It means stepping back to see the bigger picture, asking difficult questions, and making thoughtful choices about where to focus our limited time and resources. It means designing programs that are sustainable, impactful, and aligned with the long-term needs of our members, our patients, and our communities.
This award tells us that our efforts to plan carefully, to listen to our stakeholders, and to align our initiatives with clear goals have made a real difference. It validates the consultations we held, the needs assessments we conducted, the partnerships we built, and the innovations we dared to try. It reminds us that when we are intentional and strategic, we do not only succeedโwe create lasting value.
To our fellow workforce and committee heads: thank you for your leadership, professionalism, and persistence. You balanced demanding schedules while still giving your best to the chapter. You turned ideas into concrete programs and ensured that every activity had a purpose and a measurable outcome.
To the PDA CDO-MisOr Chapter members: thank you for your trust, your participation, and your feedback. Every time you attended an event, volunteered for a project, or shared your insights, you helped us refine and improve our programs. You are the reason we continuously strive for higher standards.
To our partners, sponsors, and collaborators: thank you for believing in our vision. Your support allowed us to scale our initiatives, reach more communities, and offer better opportunities for professional growth.
